Meet Bella

I was introduced to EFT at age 10 and have been using it ever since to navigate my emotions, life’s challenges and build resilience. Years later in 2019 I trained with EFT founding master and creator of Matrix Reimprinting, Karl Dawson, combining my personal experience with professional expertise.

My approach blends emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, attachment-informed approaches and evidence-informed techniques to help clients better understand themselves and create healthier emotional patterns and relationships. Whether it’s navigating stress and anxiety, building confidence, strengthening relationships or understanding patterns that keep you feeling stuck, I’m here to support you with practical tools and compassionate guidance.
